If you’re not happy with a purchase that you made on LivMulti.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we’ll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note – Liv Multi does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, you must email us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (”RMA”) number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate whether you would like an account credit or a refund.
Returning Damage / Defective Items
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In many cases, a refund or account credit can be processed as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to LivMulti for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.
